4. Complete Unit #2 The Chinese Calendar 2 (pages 9~13).
i) Listen to the MP3 file for this unit.
ii) Word-process each “listening” vocabulary on your electronic template as spelled out by Maggie, the Chinese translator. Please use the new electronic template. Do not use the old template. Thank you.
iii) In your own words, word-process one sentence using any six of the “listening” vocabulary contextually. As always, do not use a dictionary.

5. Look at Story#4 –The Little Cat comic strips and the accompanying story. Each letter is the first letter of a word and each line represents one single sentence. Each comic matches one sentence. Therefore, there are nine comics with nine corresponding sentences.
i) Word-process your nine sentences telling the story using the present simple tense
ii) E-mail i) to winstontaiwan@gmail.com as an attachment in WORD no later than 11:59 p.m. on 2009/05/07.
6. Examine the hidden picture puzzle, Baking a Pie. Identify and color the 17 objects embedded in the image. Bring your hidden picture puzzle to the class on 2009/05/09 to discuss your findings. Be prepared to describe the location of the objects using appropriate prepositional phrases.
